2014 Ford Flex Review - The 2014 Ford Flex is a large crossover/wagon available in six- or seven-passenger options. There are three cut levels: SE, SEL and Restricted.

The platform SE comes conventional with 17-inch metal tires, automated front lights, back privacy glass, back vehicle parking receptors, vacation management, keyboard access, air-conditioning, a six-way energy car owner chair (manual lie down and lower back support), a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescoping leader, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a 60/40-split second-row chair (with a traveler part auto-fold feature for quick access to the third row), a 4.2-inch main display, the platform version of Synchronize (voice manages for cellphone and audio), Bluetooth cellphone and audio connectivity and a six-speaker audio program with a CD player, USB port and reliable audio port.

The SEL contributes 18-inch tires, warmed mirrors, foglights, dual-zone automated heating and cooling, warmed front part seats, an eight-way energy car owner chair (with energy lumbar), a six-way energy front part traveler chair and satellite stereo. Also included is the MyFord Contact electronics interface, such as an 8-inch main touchscreen, two multi-function secondary shows in the gauge cluster, improved steering-wheel manages, improved Ford Synchronize functions (turn-by-turn routing and visitors reports), two USB ports, an SD card reader and an audio/video input port.

Additional option packages are available for the SEL. Devices Team 201A contributes a 110-volt energy outlet, a rearview camera and a energy liftgate. Devices Team 202A has those functions plus a remote key, blind spot caution program, back cross-traffic signals, power-adjustable pedals, set furniture (vinyl in the third row), car owner memory settings and an upgraded seven-speaker audio program.

The Restricted comes conventional with the functions from the SEL's 202A program and further contributes 19-inch tires, extra chrome/satin aluminum accents, xenon front lights, LED taillights, rain-sensing wipers, keyless ignition/entry, a routing program and a 12-speaker Sony audio program with HD stereo.

Optional on every cut level are ceiling bed rails, second-row inflatable seatbelts and sliding and reclining second-row captain's seats with a center system.

The routing program is optionally available for the SEL. The Appearance program (SEL and Limited) contributes 20-inch tires, a black or color-matched painted ceiling, different exterior and interior cut and gray pierced set furniture inserts. The SEL and Restricted can also be equipped with a multipanel back sunroof (Vista Roof), a back chair entertainment program (with double displays) and a tow program.

Stand-alone options for the Restricted include 20-inch tires, a refrigerated compartment in the optionally available second-row system, warmed second-row captain's seats and the Devices Team 301A (or 303A) program that contains an automated parallel-parking program, flexible vacation management, a collision caution program with brake assistance, vented front part seats, a energy tilt-and-telescoping guiding column and a one-touch power-fold-and-tumble third row.
